Photographer Account Guide

Follow these steps to set up your photographer account and start selling your race photos.

Step 1

Create Your Account

Head over to the photographer registration page to get started.

Verify Your Email

After signing up, check your email inbox for a confirmation message. Click the verification link to activate your account.

Step 3

Await Admin Approval

Once your email is confirmed, our team will review your photographer application. You will receive a notification once your account has been approved.

Sign In to Your Account

Once approved, you can log in using your registered email and password.

Set Up Your Profile

Go to your profile page to add your brand name, first and last name, contact number, and website or business Facebook page. You can also upload your preferred payment QR code (GCash, Maya, or bank) so the admin can send your payouts.

Understanding Races

Race events are created by the admin team. When you log in, you will see a list of available races to upload photos for. If you want to cover an event that is not yet listed, contact the admin to have it added first.

Step 7

Pricing Your Photos

You can set any price per photo for your albums — the minimum is ₱50. The price you set applies to all photos within that album. RunPixels deducts a commission on each sale; the exact rate is shown on your dashboard.

Step 8

Start Creating Albums

Create an album under a race event, upload your photos, and set your price. Once published, runners can browse and purchase photos from your album. Only processed photos are visible to customers. After uploading, photos go through AI processing for bib number and face recognition — this takes time and runs in a queue on a first-upload basis, so new uploads may not show results instantly.

Step 9

How Customers Pay

Customers can pay using either e-wallet or QR PH. With e-wallet, they are taken to a payment page where they can complete the transaction using GCash, Maya, or card. With QR PH, a QR code is displayed on screen — the customer can scan it with their banking app, or download the QR code and upload it to their payment app to complete the payment. Both methods mark the order as paid automatically, and you will see the sale reflected in your dashboard.

Step 10

Review Orders

See all your photo orders in one place. Click View on any order to inspect details such as the race event, album, purchase date, and items purchased.

Track Your Earnings

Monitor your sales and payouts from the dashboard. Use the filters to customize the data by date range, event, or album, so you can see exactly how your work is performing.
