At FunRun Photos, we want you to be completely satisfied with your photo purchase. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Digital Downloads — General Policy
Because our products are digital downloads delivered immediately upon purchase, all sales are generally final. Once a photo has been downloaded or accessed, we are unable to offer a refund under normal circumstances.
This is consistent with standard practice for digital goods under Philippine consumer protection guidelines.
2. Eligible Refund Situations
We will issue a full refund in the following cases:
- Wrong photo delivered: The photo you received is not the one displayed at the time of purchase.
- Technical failure: You were charged but were unable to download the photo due to a technical error on our end, and the issue was not resolved within 48 hours.
- Duplicate charge: You were charged more than once for the same photo due to a payment processing error.
- Photo significantly misrepresented: The delivered photo is materially different from the preview shown (e.g., severely corrupted file, completely different subject).
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- You changed your mind after the download
- You purchased the wrong photo by mistake
- The photo quality does not meet your personal expectations (photos are previewed before purchase)
- You experienced slow download speeds due to your own internet connection
- More than 7 days have passed since the purchase date
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us through the website's contact page within 7 days of your purchase date. Please include:
- Your order number or transaction reference
- The email address used for the purchase
- A brief description of the issue
We will review your request and respond within 3–5 business days.
5. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method. Processing time depends on your bank or payment provider and typically takes 5–10 business days after approval.
6. Consumer Rights
This policy does not limit your rights under the Consumer Act of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 7394). If you believe your consumer rights have been violated, you may file a complaint with the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI).
