2. Use of the Service

Our platform allows event photographers to upload race photos and participants to search for and purchase their photos. You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You must not:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of Philippine law
• Reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit photos without authorization
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the service
• Upload content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Intellectual Property

All photos uploaded to the platform remain the property of the respective photographers. Purchasing a photo grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and use the photo for personal use only. Commercial use requires separate written authorization from the photographer.

5. Payments

All prices are displayed in Philippine Peso (PHP). Payment is processed securely through our payment partners. By completing a purchase, you authorize the charge to your chosen payment method.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific transaction giving rise to the claim.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify registered users of material changes via email.
